How we started
When Shawn Wilborne, Esq. found that over 77% of legal issues went unresolved by a lawyer, he thought, “how can we build an ongoing relationship with clients at low cost?” He knew businesses dealt with a myriad of legal issues on a regular basis but without the proper advice, they could be putting their businesses at risk when a simple contract or filing could provide peace of mind.
This ongoing relationship would allow businesses to receive legal support when needed and, most importantly, budget accordingly, rather than having to come up with thousands of dollars upfront, which depletes cash flow.
